Tutorial List
- To search for thermodynamic data (Kd and dG) between temperature range 15 and 30oC and pH above 5. The data is sorted by dG in the descending order. Display options are selected for PINT code, protein and peptide name, PDB complex, temperature, pH, Kd, dG and journal.
- To search for thermodynamic data (Kd and dG) for Barnase-Barstar complex obtained at 25oC. The data is sorted by dG in the descending order. Display options are selected for PINT code, protein and peptide PIR codes, PDB complex, temperature, pH, Kd, dG and journal.
- To search for thermodynamic data (dKd and ddG) for the protein single mutants in helical segments with ASA in the range of 0 to 75 A2. The data is sorted by dKd in the descending order. Display options are selected for PINT code, PDB free for protein and peptide, PDB complex, mutation details, secondary structure and ASA of mutant residue, temperature, pH, dKd, ddG.
